Our Staff

We pride ourselves on our service and we give you the best - only Mums truly know how important YOUR party is to you and that's what makes us different from other bouncy castle hire companies in Essex.

We confirm all of our bookings in writing and we call all of our customers the night before their hire to double check and give them peace of mind. We have reliable transport and keep our castles in clean, well maintained condition. We even have access to backup transport should we get put off the road for any reason.

Kathryn

Pictured here on our England Adult castle, Kathryn is the "castle lady". You'll see her when your castle is delivered (although in summer we do have a few extra drivers!) and packed away. She'll be easy to spot in her Bouncy Party T shirt - probably with a coffee in her hand.

Kathryn also looks after marketing and web design.

James

Often out on deliveries James is our chief tester and helps to carry the smaller stuff. Usually in his Bouncy Party T shirt although if he's a policeman/fireman that day he may arrive in costume. James is in charge of first aid, having done training with St Johns ambulance - he's always ready when Kathryn drops the mallet on her foot!

James also likes to keep an eye on the smaller kids whilst we deliver/collect to make sure they don't wander out of gardens behind us!

Eve

Eve is the silent partner - she is the one who looks after the bookings folder and keeps everything organised. She sends out the confirmations and is the one who calls customers to confirm.

She doesn't have a T shirt and is rarely seen on deliveries.

Mark

Mark doesn't work for Bouncy Party at all but he sometimes helps with deliveries/collections when Kathryn is unable to. He also takes the bookings during our annual family holiday.

He refuses to wear a T shirt but is a huge help!
