Before you Book!

• Please ensure that there is enough space for the equipment. The Bouncy castles need an additional
  • 4ft gap in front of the bouncy castle (for easy access)
  • 4ft gap behind the bouncy castle for the blower
  • 2ft additional gap is required on both sides of the bouncy castle
• We can't erect a bouncy castle on steeply sloped ground
• We can't erect a bouncy castle on VERY uneven ground

If in doubt - give us a shout!

Before we Arrive

• Please ensure that there are no obstructions/hazards including
  • stones
  • overhanging tree branches
  • sharp bushes
  • broken glass
  • animal excrement etc

We will be unable to erect a bouncy castle if such obstructions/hazards are in place

Hire Argeement

You will be given a copy of the hire agreement on the day - we will also keep a copy signed by yourself.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to inform users of our equipment the following rules.

1. Food & drink, hard toys, sharp items, face paint, silly string, glasses, chewing gum etc must not be used on or near our bouncy castle
2. All footwear (except socks) must be removed before using the bouncy castle.
3. Animals must be kept away from our bouncy castle.
4. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, when on or around our bouncy castle.
5. Users and supervisors must NOT have a history of back or neck problems or be under the influence of any prescribed or non-prescribed drugs when on or around our bouncy castle.
6. Pregnant women must not use the bouncy castles.
7. Only children of similar size should use the bouncy castle at the same time.
8. Users of the bouncy castle/s must not climb, sit or hang on the sides or top of the bouncy castle/s.
9. Users must not play or sit on the safety step of the bouncy castle.
10. Somersaults and rough play are strictly prohibited on the bouncy castles.
11. bouncy castles are for the use of children under the age of 12
12. bouncy castles should be not be used by any child taller than the inside walls.
13. The safety pegs or sand bags that secure the bouncy castle to the ground must remain secured to keep the bouncy castle stable. 
14. Continually ensure that power cable is not becoming a tripping hazard.
15. The bouncy castle must not be used in extreme weather (i.e. high winds = 24mph+, heavy rain etc.) In the event all electrical equipment must be turned off from the mains, by a responsible adult.
16. The bouncy castle must NEVER be turned off when it’s occupied, in the event of a power failure all users must leave the castle immediately.
17. Bouncy castles returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge. Children must NOT use the bouncy castle wearing face paint as this causes staining.
18. If there is loss or damage to our bouncy castle caused by sabotage, negligence, or by not following the Terms of Hire guidelines properly additional payment may be required.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Bouncy Party cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this bouncy castle . You are strongly advised to take out public liability insurance when using the bouncy castle .
